Sinterklass Is Coming To Town!

He comes on a boat, all the way from Spain. He arrives at the port near Central Station, and parades his way through the canals and streets of Amsterdam. He celebrates his birthday on December 5th. Good children will be rewarded with presents and treats on this day. Bad kids will be taken back to Spain in his empty sack. Nightmares, anyone?! He brings with him his kooky sidekicks "Zwarte Piets", dressed like jesters with black faces. Hmmmmm....

Fingers crossed that I don't end up in a sack on my way to Spain!
